The Man Is Back! is the seventeenth studio album by American R&B and soul singer Barry White, released in 1989 by A&M Records. This project marked the beginning of a major comeback era for the artist. It blended modern late-80s production techniques with the signature deep bass voice and romantic style that made him a global icon.
