The Dreams (also known as Vol. 13) is the 13th studio album by the legendary South Korean singer Cho Yong-Pil, originally released on April 1, 1991. It is widely considered one of his most artistically significant works, moving away from his earlier trot and pop-rock styles toward a more cohesive, sophisticated pop-rock sound with a consistent “dream” theme.
